We've heard from several people with MS that exercise classes and courses are better when they are lead by an instructor who knows and understands MS. The Greater Northwest Chapter has a new resource on their website. It's a list of fitness instructors and gyms (often YMCAs) in Washington, Alaska, and Montana that have completed the National MS Society's training course and are looking to include people with MS in their exercise programs.
